Default Fog light problem

So i have just purchased an ebay set of fog lights and i hooked everything up properly(searched a million times on HT) and for some reason the fuse is melting and the relay has a wire coming out of it that i guess is the positive for the actual fogs that keeps melting to the first fog light.(blue on my harness) Fogs barely worked then turned off cuz they started melting. I thought it was a bad connection at the battery. when i changed where the wire coming from the fuse attached to the battery i was able to get them to work without melting.

Started the car today and checked the lights and nothing was wrong. they worked fine. Soon as i get to the end of my street i smell it burning and the fog lights went off. Fuse never blew just melted. what is goin on? I know they work fine but for some reason its doin this? any help...i hate electricity

the wire coming from the battery to the fuse is not the one getting hot or melting....the fuse and the blue power wire from the relay are the only thing melting. The burning doesnt go past the first fog light on the harness. I know they both worked fine for a minute and i checked the relay when the lights were working and nothing was hot or burning or anything.....then boom, they go out this morning and melt bad...WTF???
