When my headlights are off, my passenger corner light blinks very fast and is barely visible and when the headlights are on they dont turn on at all, any ideas what the problem might be? I got a 2000 civic sedan with 35w 6k hids in the heads and fogs, also sidemarkers connected onto the corner lights

 

Or what i should replace or check?
