Default Driver side Fog and blinker daylight doesn't work

I went to turn on my daylights and my whole right side doesnt work including my fog. My hids work but my fogs and my blinker as daylights that glow bright amber dont work. The blinker does work as blinkers though. Whole passenger side works. Hopefully this makes sense. My fogs are attached to my blinker so im thinking my blinker isnt getting power? Where is the power wire connected to? or lead to? Any suggestions on what to do? I tested the volt its getting .01 so sounds like not enough power? or ground issue?
