Default DEPO foglights

My brother and I just installed a set of DEPO fog lights on my 2000 civic. Everything was working fine, then when I started the car and turned on the lights, they came on for a second then just went out. I don't know what happened. The fuse didn't blow but the foglights don't work and now the warning buzzer that usually comes on when you leave your lights on doesn't come on anymore. My parking lights and headlights are still working. Does anyone have any ideas what happened?

recheck all your wiring and be sure you're getting a good ground. Change the fuse as well, cause sometimes a fuse will look good, but it'll be bad.

Turns out I had the 2 plugs that go to the fuse box in the wrong slots, which caused my dashlight fuse to pop. I swapped the plugs and changed the fuse and now everything works perfectly
