im looking into getting hids for my DA. but i also want my foglights to be hid also. so do i need to buy 2 kits. a ballast for my lights and a ballast for my foglights?

and my bulbs will be a 9004 hi/lo and a H3 correct?

i have searched around and set a few emails but didnt really come up with the answer im looking for. . thanks for your imput
