Change interior lighting color
Does anyone know how to change the interior lighting from the OEM lime green to a different color like red, blue, etc? I'm talking about the OEM radio, clock, climate controll, instrument cluster, all interior lighting. I like the color scheme on the 2000 VW GTI (red lettering/symbols and blue backlight) so this color scheme would be a perfect example. Is it easy as taking apart each item and replacing bulbs? Thanks

You won't be able to replicate what you see in VW's, as they use a system more complicated than just regular bulbs like Honda clusters use.
I've seen write-ups about changing all that stuff on here before, just do some searching in archive posts.
I just switched out the bulbs in my cluster for amber 194 bulbs to get it to light up amber. I never bothered doing anything to the other stuff. I think it involves the use of different colored film for the A/C buttons, clock, etc.

I recently changed my gauge cluster bulbs in my 95 integra ls to led orange bulbs. There is a write up of a bunch of DIY in the integra forum. On his write up he changed his to a blue similar to VW's. He has a link to where he purchased the led's. I looked into the temp bulbs but those require some moding.
