I have a question. I currently have 8000k HIDs on my DA, but I want to switch to 10000k. Will any type of HID replacement bulb work...like, are the bulbs basically universal as long as they're my bulb size? (9004)

 

It depends upon what sort of connector your ballasts use, though most kits use AMP connectors. Why would you want to switch to 10,000K capsules?

 

Well, I was lookin' at 10000k pics, and I saw a pic I thought looked smooth, and it turned out to be 8500k. I really just want to switch bulbs for a slightly different color...
