wtf? $55 for a pnp kit! http://www.vvme.com/catalog/li....html

where is the catch??? shipping??? shipping is 35!!!!!

ebay.. 75 shipped.

if its a pnp kit.. i would go with the cheapest ones out there.. so that when they die in a year.. i wouldn't feel too bad.

if you want something that will last, do it right.

buy some OEM HID projectors, OEM ballasts, and philips/osram bulbs.

then do a HID retrofit into your headlights, or an aftermarket headlight.

the output will be way better, and it will last.

yep, Philips bulbs and Philips, Hella, or Matsushita ballasts are good ones, along with OEM HID projectors.

My Philips D2S bulbs are going on 4 years old and my Philips ballasts are over 5 years old now.

I have a PnP kit for my retrofit for over a year and its been holding up great. I have had no problems with whatsoever. They have never had a hard time igniting, have not flickered, even in the coldest of weather.

How can you use a PnP kit for a retrofit? Retrofits using OEM HID projectors require OEM D2S bulbs, and PnP kits have bulbs rebased for use in halogen housings.
