aiming hids
i dont know if its the rain causing this but, when i was driving home tonite, I couldnt really see the ground. Do I need to aim my headlights lower to see the ground more or higher?
actually it is a bit harder to see in the rain because the water reflects the light. say if your beam is hitting at an angle of 30 degrees respect to the ground the usually the light would reflect your beam 30 degrees the opposite way. so yea it is harder to see in the rain because of that.
test it out on a dry surface road. youll know the idfference.
like lowtec mentioned, park your car about 20 fee away from a white wall and adjust them there. i dont know how technical some people get buy as long as the light is being thrown far enough thats not messing with other people's visibility then its all good.
