Default Adjusting prelude lights?

Ok so i am having the same problem with my new black housings as my stock headlights

The only way i know how to raise and adjust is the get a flathead screw driver and stick it between those little metal teethand push down or up. It only turns if i do about and 1/8 of a turn if that so it take a while.

The metal teeth part looks like its on a kind of mini sprocket system and its connected to another spocket that has a phillips head screw in the middle (ive tried messing with it and cant figure it out.

So i can sometimes get them to adjust and sometimes not.

Theres got to be an easier way to adjust these things, im so lost and still cant see crap at night.

Please help and sorry for the crappy description

ahhh ha, very sneaky and thank you. Well that left to right adjustment mine is connected to another set of sprockets. And on one headlights when i turned the left/right adjustment the level thing went up and down. But once again since mine has more sprcket things how do i turn it. Looks like yours is broken off.

To adjust you stick a philips head screwdriver in the gear teeth and turn it whichever way it needs to go. The gear will turn that 2nd sprocket which will move the reflector.

you might have to have a certain amount of post before being able to sell something. As for the cheap pnp kits on ebay, I'd stay away, cause it'll be nothing but glare. If you use the SEARCH function, you'll see a few threads about the kits. People will say to just point your lights all the way down, but even then, you'll have glare plus you're just shorting the distance of the lighting onto the street.
