Hopefully someone else will post up pics, as I have none.
With a large phillips screwdriver. There are 2 adjustments on each light, horizontal and vertical. If you look at the top of the light with the hood open, you'll see 2 "openings" that are each formed by the housing and 2 tabs, with a white gear at the bottom. You turn the gear with the screwdriver by inserting it between the tabs.
I forget which is horizontal and vertical, but a quick trial and error test should identify that.
