So I when I bought my 99 SI the fogs didnt work, they were hooked up just didnt come on, so I bought new bulbs and swapped them for the old ones and it still doesnnt work, my question is, is there a fuse for the OEM fog lights?

 

Check if you get power to whatever kind of button/switch you have the fogs hooked up to. If it's not getting any power, check your grounds, then the actual wiring if you haven't yet.
