Default 98 civic dash lights

First off, I had no problems with my dash lights before I did the following. I ordered a set of Hasport Motor Mounts for my b16, installed them, and went for a quick drive. Had been driving for about 15 min. and decided to get on it just a little to see how it felt with the new mounts. I got on it pretty good and shifted into second gear. However, when I shifted the dash fuse blew. Got home put a new one in. Problem fixed.

A few days later I got on it again, and the fuse blew again. The problem has now become a pesky little gremlin as it won't even stay with a 10amp fuse. Every time I hit a bump it blows.

My real question here is, where should I even start looking for the bad wire? Are there any common locations that I should be looking? Anyways, thanks for the help in advance. I'd really like to fix this problem. BTW I also run a JDM ek4 SiR cluster that has no adjustment for dim if that makes any difference.
