96-98 headlight Questions
i need help on choosing headlights...really looking for something that works and can see at night...my stock ones are bad now...fogged up and no matter how many times i take it apart to clean them there still not good enough...so options i have are only ebay ones...the "angel eyes" or the other advertised ones...help me choose something that works and not something just for SHOW....
i'm going to try my g/f's brothers halogen headlights and see if i like them...if i can make them work the way i want them to then maybe i'll be leaning towards those but in the mean time i'm open for options...thanks HT...

The eBay projector lights really won't give you much more if any light output than factory. If you put HIDs in them it'll make the light output a lot better. Or you could opt for a retro-fitting HIDs into your factory headlamps. If you don't want to do any of those, you could purchase Philips X-treme Power halogen bulbs.
It depends upon how much you're willing to spend, and the results that you're after.
If you can source some OEM European E-code headlamps, they would be a nice upgrade paired with some Philips X-treme Power bulbs.
You can also take a further step and retrofit a set of OEM HID projectors into some aftermarket projector housings.
Just picking up a set of eBay headlamps isn't going to be an upgrade.

yes thats exactly what i did...tore them apart cleaned them up...Actually mine are much more dirtier than the ones pictured...they had fungus growing in them...hahaha...but getting back on subject...after all that i was suprised at the outcome but they still are not up to my liking...i've adjusted the lights and i cant seem to find what i like...i like how my integra lights are...nice and bright doesnt blind anyone and when high beams are on man its da best...so i'm really looking for something thats equivalent to how my integra lights are...if not then i will purchase some headlights and retrofit hid's into them...
retrofit projectors = $$$
Hope you got the money hmong man
! I bought some cleared-corner "OEM"-style 96 headlights for my old civic once, and i still have them in mint condition, used for 1 week only then i sold the car so I took out the headlights and they're just sitting in the garage now...let me know if you're interested

Get some OEM or OEM style headlights. I had some eBay Sonar Projectors and the light output on them was much better than my OEM headlights but I didn't like the way they looked. So, I did a HID retrofit and i'll never go back to halogen.
