i can't seem to find an exact answer to this question:

what exact projector do i need to retrofit into my car?

can i use the

Those are fog lights.
which gives width and no distance.
you won't be able to see anything ahead of you with this foglight projectors.
All it will do is light up the foreground.

If you don't have an extra 200 for projectors then don't do it at all.

o i see. ok then what projector do you guys recommend??

BMW M3 (E46) Bi-Xenon projectors

are these easy to put into my stock housing? i saw them and they're not too expensive.

this car has them and looks hella good! (magazine has a better view of them)

x2, but if you go tsx (or any other single xenon) make sure you still have something for high-beams.

single xenon is low-only, but you can take it apart and remove (or mod) the shield to use it for high beams

bi-xenon has a solenoid that moves the shield to give you high and low in one projector.
