I have a 2007 Pilot. Approximately every 6 months I end up replacing these Sylvania SilvrStar Ultra H11 Bulbs at $50.00 for a pair. It's a pain in the rear for these old hands to replace those.

I see they make LED conversion Kits. What are good LED conversion kits that will work with the original headlight housings? Do I need these LED decoders a well?
