02 civic No Highbeams

02 civic No Highbeams
i upgraded to HIDs a while back and did not regret putting them in. they are super bright and my visibility is amazing.
First off i did disable the DRL module on my car knowing that HIDs don't like them. popped the fuse out and everything is better, but i am not able to use the highbeam feature of the HIDs.
I don't think it's part of the HID though because before when i was running Halogen lights, when i would go from low to high my right headlight wouldn't light up for a little bit then you'd hear a relay click then it would come back. i am wondering what it could be. I know my HID kit uses that side as a control for the HID control relay.
I researched my wiring diagram and started to think and got stuck and looking for a second opinion. possibly a sticky relay? i am stumped and don't want to just start throwing parts at it. i don't want to replace all the relays only to come up to a dead end
thanks a bunch for anyone that can help

my does come with highbeams they are bixenon (activates a magnet to move the bulb) it worked a few days ago but something is telling me it isn't the hid kit but instead on the car end.

Re: 02 civic No Highbeams
you missed a part of the first post, it did have a problem with high beam on the right side with halogens and my hid kid uses that connector to control the HIDs. the hid are powered by the battery direct and the right headlight connector is strictly a control side
