Is it possible to run PS, the factory pump, without having the AC comp installed. What belt pulley setup is ideal for this? I have did a lot of searching with zero results. For a K20A2.

 

I have a K20A in my 93 Honda and it has power Steering but no ac
I got is like that So i don't know all the Details but i believe you use an AC Delete pulley

 

oh **** my bad that pic is before i added power steering but i did have to make change the ac delete bracket to make it work ill take a picture when i get to my shop tomorrow so you can see

ps pump and ac compressor are not connected to each other so it is easy to do ps with no ac. the ac has its own bracket you can remove beneath the alternator. you can measure the length belt you need and buy the one that fits that was made for a different car.

 

Yes sir, but I was sure someone else had done it before. I am attempting this belt,Duralast 537k6, that I found on another site. Really don't want to have to make multiple trips to the part store.
