If I’m running a k24 without the conversion harness how do I go about doing the swap far as the “harness” I’m only wanting to run the bare minimum stuff inside the car like gauge cluster lights no a/c etc on the street this is a track/street car ???
fuel pump , fans, maybe key ignition all running on switch’s
Thanks for ur curiosity but that didn’t help me any I’m not a newbie nor this guy that doesn’t work on his own car or doesn’t know much about wiring it was just a question not sure why there’s people like you they make the community such a hassle if you know who I was in the dsm community you’ll probably be asking me a thing or 2 due to Im 7th place in the dsm world thank you for your time bud
If you're a bigshot in the DSM crowd, you must know your way around a wiring diagram. You look at the diagram, and you make the harness do what you need. What do you want? Links to diagrams?
Wiring isn't a mystical gatekept art. The diagrams are published. Black magic is in head porting, bearing clearances, ring gaps, etc, not wiring.
For example, my RB20 in my S13. I'm throwing everything away and making my own harness for tail lights, rear signals, headlights, front signals, engine harness, and the dash will be an android run off a USB cable. Buying a premade harness is no fun, just get your pinouts and go to town yo

Most of the people that know things are tired of long windedly handing out a novel of information that most likely will get glossed over. You're asking such a vauge question, if you walked into a performance shop with the questions you have, it's a hour+ long chat. You don't sound like you've been around performance motors very long. There is no 'one way is the right way/only way. Research more and come back with better questions.
If you have a complete oem engine harness you need to marry the fuel pump, fans, switched ignition, ground with the chassis harness. That oversimplification goes for any make/model swap into anything pretty much. You just need to cross reference pinouts.
Here is a link to a universal conversion harness... it works with a '02-04 RSX-S engine harness. You will have to connect about 7 wires to make the engine run in your chassis. If you don't have access to wiring diagrams, this solution is the "easy button".
