I have a K20A2 TYPE R engine with 120,000 miles

I Have the engine out of the car as I am doing a full restoration on the chassis and while the engine is out I am going to do an engine refresh and preventative maintenance to make the engine last as long as possible ?

What parts should I change ,as I have seen many blown Type R engines with crankshaft journal damaged from spun big ends bearings
I have also seen the K20A2 Type R engine suffer with headgasket failures

I was thinking of fiting Brand New
1. oil pump ( I was thinking of fitting the FD2 oil pump but It does not seem to be any more reliable than a k20a2 ep3 one )
2.cam chain
3. head gasket
4. big ends
5. water pump
6. vtec solenoid filter
7.Crank main seal
8.clutch throw out bearing
9.harmonic dampener seal
10.fit an ATI harmonic dampener as the Old one is rusty and may be out of balance with a perished elastomer

Is there anything else I should change ?

is changing the bigness and headgasket overkill ?
