Default Camshaft locking tool

Hello! Everyone I’m looking this tool from honda
part # 07AAB-RWCA120 it’s a camshaft locking tool
for K24 JDM Engine, unable to find else where, so I have decided to fabricate it

If anyone has this, kindly put the pins length & diameter of the pins, it’s use to lock the camshaft while replacing timing chain & it’s easy for one person to do it.🙏

That tool is in no way required for a timing chain replacement.

Use a pair of 5mm allen keys. Or was it 4mm?

I can measure my set tomorrow if that helps, however, you can get a set from K-Tuned right away if you like.

Sorry it took a few days... work has been CRAZY !!! The factory pins have a diameter of .195" and a length of 1.7525". For reference, a 5mm hex key would have a diameter of .1969" at it's widest point, so they will likely fit since there is a little "wiggle" room with the stock tool.

Personally, I like the "K-Tuned" set much better than the factory locking tool set... the large knurled ***** at the ends of the pins make them much easier to install and remove.

I think you were right the first time... 4mm keys would be way too small.
