Default Transmission fluid

I got a 1995 Acura integra ls with 248 thousands miles and I was wondering if I change my transmission fluid will hurt my transmission or something because it was in bad shape when I got it a year in half ago and I don’t think they never change the transmission fluid and what kind of fluid y’all guys recommending to use thanks,?

I've used 2 quarts of conventional 10W30 with a quart of synchromesh for high mileage transmissions haven't had a problem

Okay thanks so if i drain my transmission fluid I don’t have to drain it anymore because it takes like what like 5 or 6 quarter or something,?

Or what kind of 10w30 you is talking about and I’m gonna mix it with the rest of whtatever transmission fluid it takes,?

Drain and fill should only be 3.2quarts
