My 08 Accord is making a sound what I thought was a dry start. However, my friend tells me the Timing Chain Actuator is likely the cause. Apparently Honda recently released a TSB on faulty Actuators, and is paying for the necessary repairs. My Honda is certainly not under warranty, but it is just under 100,000 miles, so I hope Honda will help. I need someone to point me in the right direction to find that Service Bulletin and what to do with it, aside from bringing it into my local dealership and putting it in their hand and saying "What are you going to do about this?"
