Hello, I have a 2000 Honda Civic Lx with a p1457 code. I replaced the gas cap and the bypass valve on the charcoal canister under the hood 1st. Reset the light came back on it a day or 2. Rescaned it same code, now I checked if I was getting electric to the purge control solenoid valve and I am and made it go off to make sure... Could that still be a bad part??? Is there a bypass that I can just do to shut off the light permit??? Its driving me nuts
