Hi I’m Mike. I have a 1998 Honda Accord lx sedan 4 cylinder Vtech since new. It currently has 156,000 miles. I keep it in good order for my 2 sons to use as a first car. Getting ready for son 2 to get his license in a year. Have done just about everything on it but have the usual idle surge problem occasionally. Been diagnosing it for a while now and need a few questions answered. I’m in the midst of fuel pressure testing but have an unrelated question. Does the 1998 accord have a cold/fast idle valve or a fast idle valve or neither. I cannot find it any where in the guides I have. FYI the throttle body has only 1 opening at 10 o’clock. It appears to be for the idle air control. Thanks in advance for any feed back.
