Hi Honda enthusiasts!

I am a new member, not very "teckie " or even that technically minded. Please be patient with me, anyway. I'm not really that thick otherwise I wouldn't be a Honda enthusiast. But I'm still learning after 20years of owning one. I am on my second one because each time I have been reluctant to "let go".

Presently, I have been experiencing two problems with my Honda Accord V-tec 2000 Exec, X-reg and because of its age I am slightly worried that they might mount up. I am not in a position to afford to be ripped-off by garages but I am keen enough to be 'hands on'.

Coincidentally, my car struggles with the ignition in the mornings when it has been wet (or moist) AND windy. Can anyone suggest ideas?

Thanks very much. Andreas.
