Hello fellow Honda owners. I was hoping I could ask for some assistance with my 07 Honda CRV. My car overheated a couple days ago and I initially thought it needed coolant, which it did, bit did not fix the issue. I tried to see if it was the fan relays, being that neither fans were working after I turned on the car yesterday. Is it possible that the fan assembly needs to be replaced or is it something that may have to do with the head gasket? Thank you in advance!

fans do take a second to turn on, normally it takes the car to reach operating temp. maybe give it a second and see if they turn on. also is there any type of coolant oil mixture or oil coolant mixture, white smoke? anything like that id start off looking for leaks. coolant hoses maybe the radiator a good way to tell is fill it up and coolant let it warm up and check for smoke in the engine bay or if you got some $ to spend buy a smoke machine drain your coolant system and run it through that.
