Hi Everyone!

I'm a new member looking for some advice for my Honda's and just wanted to say hi. I own a restored 91 CRX Si and just picked up a 2002 RSX for my son. I've also got an 88 MR2 SC, and a couple turbo MINI Coopers. Anyways, I'm new to the forum but not to the scene. I'm here to contact some members about their setups over the years.

Thanks!

Richard

Thanks everyone for the welcome! I recently picked up a D16 JRSC kit. I've been looking for the past year. The first one I found was very complete but the seller pulled the eBay listing just before I got the funds to buy it, so I waited a couple more months and another one came up nearly as complete. It was missing the alternator mount, but I found one on Facebook Marketplace a few months earlier by chance! I know it's been said over and over again that a turbo kit is more economical and produces better power for less money but I love superchargers, I love the uniqueness of them on the D16, and originally my thinking was I could have it CARB legal. But the more I got into researching how to best utilize this in 2021 versus 2005, it seems the best way to run this is not stay CARB legal with larger injectors, chipped ECU, a tune. I chipped my ECU to stay OBD0, I successfully downloaded the BIN off the chip and got it into my computer. I opened it with Turbo Edit. I'm about to order an Ostrich 2.0. I got an Innovate MTX-L Plus AFR. I got a Hulog as well. I also have DSM 450cc injectors. I bought a rebuild kit for the Eaton M45. Finding accurate info to make this all work has been very frustrating.

It came with this larger Crank pulley which I know is impossible to get.

The wheels on the tensioner don't spin freely. Looking to clean/replace the bearings or just replace them with a 1320 Performance unit.

Found this alternator mount on FB Marketplace. Glad I got it since the SC kit didn't have it.
