I just got a good deal on a 1999 CR-V AWD. I want to it to be a reliable daily driver but a little customs as well. I want to keep it naturally aspirated but get a little more power from it as I am planning on a small lift to fit some bigger and wider tires. My other car is a 08 Smart Car but I am moving to the northeast and need an AWD that is reliable and inexpensive to repair/maintenance. It will be a work in progress but I am excited to get customizing this little car. I have about 2k for a budget and I can do most of the work myself. I do live in the panhandle of Florida so finding a good Honda mechanic might be hard. If anyone knows of someone in the Florida panhandle that has customized CR-V's that would be great info.
