I've owned at least 15 Honda's in my life (all Accord 5spd) for the last 6-7 years I've been on a kick thinking I needed newer/nicer vehicles than the 10yo Honda's I used to own - But I've been brainwashed(PTL!) and got rid of the leased '12 Elantra and bought a 1996 Accord EX 5speed - it has 202k mi - previous owner had the car Ziebart(rust-proofed) it is in great shape! I do need to do the TB/WP and upper/lower ball joints. I'm wondering if it makes that big of a difference going away from Honda parts - they are so much more expensive than the parts I can get on Amazon...hope the fact that I use aftermarket parts doesn't get me kicked off a site like this ;-)
