Default A New Beginning.

It all began when my brother got his first car. A 1997 honda accord, I was younger but I was always stuck to my brothers side and when we found out what we could to do these cars it was a new hobby for us together.

He grew older and got into bigger toys. He now owns a 2013 frs ready for the track.

And for my self, I began my project when I purchased my first car a 2001 acura integra LS. I am the 3rd owner. I bought the car 100% stock from an elderly man up in Dayton, Ohio in mint condition.

My very first purchase was a set of Truhart street plus coilovers. I went at this project the wrong way, I was young and eager to jump into the local car scene. I cheaped out on the coilovers and it's shown over just a year as they're difficult to adjust do to the poor quality. I'll dig into how I'm changing my ways here in just a second.

I ended up purchasing Truhart rear lower control arms as well as front and rear camber kits in the process of installing the coilovers, this opened up a whole new world for me. I always knew I wanted to ride low, but now I was digging into the stance side of the game and I was so excited because I had been waiting for this for years and I finally did it

I enjoyed how the car was for a while and did some other things. I threw on a 4-2-1 header from megan racing and I regret that to this day. I threw on a invidia test pipe, not bad. And a yonaka exhaust, eventually the exhaust **** out, the baffles in the mid pipe and muffler in the rear broke apart so I cut them out and straight piped and I threw on a MagnaFlow exhaust and got it welded by a local shop called Mworks Garage. Have had no issues with the exhaust I love it. Just need to replace the headers with something nicer...

Has a Aem short ram intake, p75 chipped and tunned ecu with a obd2 to obd1 jumper harness. Runs pretty great. Haven't had any issues.

This is how the car sits. Still nice and pretty

Here's my plan at this point in time and I would enjoy some feed back on how to go about it and what brands/sets ups I should go for.

Forsure wanna update the suspension. I was going to go with d2 super lows, but I've heard the koni/gc set up is a great way to go.
I'm looking to go even lower than what I am now. I wanna go ahead and get mpc drop forks and drop control arms for just so I can get that 2 inch extra top.

Forsure want to switch up the headers but not to sure what would be best for an ls motor. Not necessarily looking for power. Just looking for something nice and reliable.

Well thanks for reading my first post!
Hope to get some feedback!
