I’m new to being a member I’ve been pulling information off this site for awhile now I have questions and need them answered.... so I have a 99 civic with a d15b7 in it. And it has a y7 intake on it and i bought it and got it going and it idles really high and fluctuates a lot when it’s warmed up. My question is Idle Air Control Valve or is the distributer causing it cause it could be a obd1 instead of 2 or am I crazy.??? Someone help please.
