So I have a 1995 Honda civic with a d16z6 swapped into it. I did not do the swap I bought it as a project car. It starts just fine but doesn’t wanna stay idle until it’s warmed up. But it has absolutely no power it barley climbs any hill it seems like it has no acceleration or even top end. The guy before said he changed all the spark plugs and cables etc before he sold it to me. I pulled the plugs out and the porcelain was clean but the bottom piece was all black. I ran a compression test and had 170 psi straight across the board. It’s got a new distributor and new plugs and wires. And I’m still having the same issue
