New to this, just put in a new exhaust with header, changed the o2 sensers, the down pipe one rubes agianst, everything was alright , then my dash gauges stoped working cel was on then went out radio died, cigerette lighter went out . car runs all right but hesitates sometimes when i really give it gas. I checked the #15 fuse and its good. checked all the fuses all good. If this is the wrong place to post sorry, just not sure what to do

 

Civic dx 96 sedan y7, i know i need to move the o2 senser, but what fuse would stop all those things from working? i checked all of them with one of those cheap fuse testers and they were all good. Shouldnt i have a blown fuse. I know im an idiot, but please help
