Need Help Dual Vtec

I recently bought a manual 93 ex coupe with a D15b dual vtec for 300$ It’s not running, Hurd it turn over but it just won’t start. I’m new to the Honda game, need lots of help!!

Spark, compression, and fuel. Are you getting fuel? Are you getting spark? Compression/leak down numbers? Check the three then go from there.

BUT FIRST, check and verify all your fuses.
