95 eg sedan is the car

problem: grinding noice when engaged on gear and me stepping on the gas
noise goes away when NOT stepping on the gas and also pops out 4th gear

personal conclusion:
to me sounds like something with the flywheel spinning @ the same time person I bought from said they replace throw out bearing
