Default Introduction and a speedometer issue lol

Hi all, hoping to see if someone has also faced this issue.

2008 Honda Civic HybridVideo

Fuse Box Diagrams

I have searched everywhere online, and I can not get a clear answer. My speedometer has powered off, and I can not see how fast my car goes. [I am using my phone's GPS for the time being]. The odd thing is that the turn signals still work. [See video] Occasionally, the speedometer works again, but only for a few hours before powering off. There are no other electrical issues I am aware of.

I already checked all the fuses within the passenger compartment, and they all appear to be okay.

Any suggestions or recommendations?

Replace the upper level of the instrument cluster (the speedometer portion)... it is obviously damaged electronically.
