Just returned to the uk from Spain, and bought a 2006 mk8 civic, 2.2i cdti.
Would really appreciate some help.
​​​​​the one thing my civic does not have is cruise control, and although in the uk its not much use, when i drive up and down to southern Spain on long streches of empty motorway, its a god send!
So i want to retrofit cruise control. Have a new wheel and s/h cruise control module from a breakers, presume i will need a loom and some sort of connections for the throttle. Can anyone help?
Have many years experience on working on cars and am an ex avionics engineer for airbus so this is well within my remit. Thanks ian
