Introducing myself to the forum. I have recently purchased a 2018 Honda Accord Sport 1.5 Turbo. It has just over 100k miles. I have put a few thousand miles on it and one morning it started giving me all kinds of system errors. Most safety systems disabled and the CEL lit up. I pulled codes and got the multi cylinder misfire and fuel ration imbalance. p2019D, P0300, P0301, P0304. I thought, tune up. 100k miles, it seemed like a smart idea anyway. Changed plugs and coils. I cleared the codes and all was well for about 400 miles. Now it is all back again. I guess it time for a trip to mother Honda.
