located in Minnesota and will be moving to Cali soon. Been looking around seeing how strict they are for beinf bard, carb legal, all the dot stuff.

I’ll be buying a 99 ex coupe soon and that’s the car that’s going to Cali. Few questions regarding mods and how well Cali takes them. The ex has aftermarket seats, 5pt harness, harness bar, dc header, pwjdm intake tube.

I know for intakes it would have to be carb legal also with the header. But anyone in the Norwalk, CA area? How are the police there and is there a decent community for cars?
