So I got a 2012 honda civic just installed new touchscreen and controls on steering wheel won't work dash light wont work and key fob stopped working .

 

Are you using an iDatalink Maestro or equivalent? It would be required to maintain functionality. It's not a process I've done myself so I can't really give any information on how to set it up or install it, but if you make a post in the correct forum section there will probably be some more knowledgeable people.
