Default Greeting

Hello all, I just joined and might as well jump right in and get started. I've got a b18c1 on the stand right now, just bought it over the weekend for $400 knowing it had a spun rod bearing. Began teardown and inspection tonight, found intake side cam lobes on #4 cylinder are shot. Turned it over and pulled the pan, found cylinder one rod bearings paper thin wrapped around the crank. So I'll be going through a full rebuild, which means full build. My questions begin here. What's a good setup to run 200-250 naturally aspirated whp? Since everything needs replaced I'll be upgrading everything, however I've never built a performance engine, and dont want to mismatch parts. This will primarily be a daily driver, so staying on pump gas is a necessity. Light cylinder bore is already a consideration. So I'm looking for setups for full rotating assembly, cams, and valve train while maintaining pump gas. Thanks in advance.
