I got a 1990 1.5L civic. And I just can’t get gas up to the engine not even the fuel filter. The relay seems fine it clicks twice when turning key to second spot. But the fuel pump won’t prime. It’s a brand new pump. I’ve checked all the fuses and wires and they all getting proper voltage. And the only ECU code I'm getting is what I’ve understood as to be faulty O2 senor. Any more suggestions?
