I’ve used this platform for the last few years or so for lots of information. Finally created a profile to ask for help/opinions with my upcoming project. I am in the process of building a 2000 Ek hatch for street/strip little bit of both. I am entering the middle stages of this build getting ready to rip out my d16y7 on 8-10lb and put in my semi built b18c1. I will most likely be doing everything on my own with the exception of me possibly not spraying the shell as I have never painted before, but everyone here wants to much to spray luckily my dad is experienced in most of what I’m doing and is why I may just spray myself. This build is likely to be 90% all done by me first time for pretty much everything but I love the progress I’ve made so far and pretty happy for not doing any of this before. Fabrication was way to much to feel like that’s a good way to spend my money so I decided to do it all on my own couldn’t be happier. My build my way.
