F20b sir-t

Hi, I recently purchased a dream car of mine a sir-t f20b dohc vtec. The car is completely factory but was neglected for years. I just insured it and stupidly brought it for a 5km drive after a new battery , alternator and minor health check. Long story short i was cruising in 5th and the timing skipped , big bang, smoke , crunching sound etc etc. Cylinder 4 and 3 have smashed plugs and water so i assume i smashed into the water gallery's . Could do with advice on rebuilding it better.
