Can you delete whole evap system on obd1 p28? Without cel? Im currently running obd2 engine p2p. But im about to switch p28 soon and also harness cuz i already have a problem on my oem harness its dirty and old some plug is broken and missing so plan to change the whole aftermarket tuck harness found on ebay

cuz i see aftermarket tuck harness like doesn’t have evap plug sensor just want to know if i can take out the whole evap system since aftermarket tuck harness dont have evap sensor plug.. im
