Hi I am Ahmed I am having a small repair shop Mostly we repair Honda cars .
One Honda Accord 2009 came to our workshop with Immobilizer problem, car not starting as per the customers complaint their battery was dead and they change the battery and they were not able to start the car the green key sign was blinking . I tried to program the immobilizer with HDS Scanner but I was not able to Program . Then I brought a used ECU from damage car and programmed it and the car started . I opened the damage ECU and checked but nothing looks burned all the contact & connection were clean how can I test this ECU.
Have anyone got this same problem before can it be a software Issue.
