Guys, I'm a newbie on hondas. I have a project car. An ek3 hatch. There's a lot of work to do. The seller, just didn't tell me the real condition of the car.
So when the car arrived.
​​​​​​I started driving it, it was very difficult to drive.
My concerns are:
1. The clutch is hard and I can't get the right mixture of the clutch and gas pedal.
2. The breaks are hard to stop too.
3. The gas pedal are too soft
4. The shifter is too soft.
​​​​​​5. Found out that the crossmember and rack and pinion is not an original part that came from an ek.

So guys, if anybody can help me with what I'm supposed to do with this in order for me to restore it and be confident with it not getting into ang accident. Please guys. Help meeeeeeeee!!!

Give me advice to what work should I do first.
Suspension? Engine? Should I replace the pedal? Or should I have to change the rack and crossmember? What other parts needs changing. Its a 1996 car.
