Default Bored noob

hey, ive owned civics for a while and just recently picked up a super cheap one that needs work. Ive Dabbled in mechanics for a while but im in no way a mechanic. First civic i had was a 2008(wifes car) then i bought one because my mustang was too much gas, it was a 95 4dr 5speed.
i did a little work to it, (new hood bumper, lights, suspension, intake, exhaust, wheels ECT)

i sold it when i picked up a 4x4 and missed it ever since. Now that I drive 60+km a day, the truck was costing over 30$ just to get to work and back so i spent 700$ on this 98 Civic SI. It needs a little more work than I thought but still not bad.
I love fixing and doing bolt on work but am limited as i do not have a garage, and the only place i can work on it is my work (after hours only)
Here is the new one,

sofar it has intake, headers/exhaust, short shift kit, and stereo already done. The CV boots are fked and the CVs make terrible noise when turning. They will be replaced asap (cheap and super easy)
The only other issue besides cosmetics is that the CEL is on, and after the car has been running for about 15-20 mins it starts misfiring and i basically limp it to work. When its cold it hauls ***. Going to be pulling codes soon and fixing it.
