Been driving nothing but Honda's since I was 16, and just recently bought my first with a VTEC: a 1994 Honda Accord EX. It had some issues to start with (mainly surging / seeking idle & CV axle), but slowly getting things fixed / replaced before I really start delving into modifications. Motor was replaced before I bought it, and supposedly has around 50k miles. Fuel rail and injectors were replaced (with junk yard parts) just before I bought it as well.

I deliver newspapers at night right now (in addition to my other full time job), driving roughly 90 miles per night up winding mountain roads. With Sunday papers, I'm adding about 7-800 lbs to the weight of my car until I hit my delivery area, so weight reduction is going to take a high priority once the idle issues are sorted.

Performed so far:

• Oil change
• Oil Filter
• Transmission fluid change
• Driver's side CV Axle
• FITV adjustment
• IACV cleaning
• Throttle body cleaning
• Timing Belt and seals
• Radiator hoses (Upper and Lower)
• Distributor Cap and Button
• Spark plugs
• Spark plug wires
• Coolant flush
• Valve Cover gasket
• Distributor O-ring (cause of oil leak)

On the list for this week:

• EGR port cleaning
• Valve adjustment
• Replacing burnt out instrument cluster lights
• fuel filter
• CD player installation
• A/C removal (already switched out the belt to the DX model without A/C)
• Timing check / adjustment
• Check for any Vacuum leaks
• AEM CAI (dual chamber) installation
